Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) unveils the third and final phase of its Mivesa Garden Residences, a garden-inspired condominium in Lahug, Cebu.
Dubbed as Cebu’s fastest selling condo in the 2016 market research of Santos Knight Frank (formerly CBRE), CLI adds to the condominium project towers 6 and 7, with identical 10 storeys and 288 residential units.

The development’s latest phase offers a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units with sizes that vary from 20-48.9 sqm and prices of between P1.6 and P3.8 million, according to the number 1 local housing developer in Metro Cebu.
Each Mivesa unit includes painted walls, partitions and ceilings, tiled floorings, toilet and bathroom with complete fixtures, and a kitchen sink with countertop and base cabinet. Mivesa units also have provisions for kitchen exhaust, ACU unit, CATV, telephone, and Internet connections.
In addition to the existing facilities such as the multi-level clubhouse, meditation garden, chapel, and swimming pools, the latest phase has additional amenities all its own like the rooftop garden deck with grilling station, lobby lounge, bar, and basement parking.
